TERMS

615revive terms (version 2)

You accept these terms online through the Book a Closet Edit form before I take anything.

  1. How it works. You give me your clean, quality menswear. I list the pieces I think will sell, online, at pop-ups, or in live sales, and you receive 50% of the profit on each item that sells. Profit is the sale price plus any shipping the buyer pays, minus platform or payment fees and the cost of my shipping label. Pickup is free for the pieces I accept. By accepting, you confirm the items are yours to give or the owner has agreed.

  2. Pricing. I set prices based on what similar pieces have recently sold for, and I may lower prices over time to help them sell.

  3. Anything unsold. Anything I take and do not list, and anything not sold 60 days after pickup, goes to GraceWorks Ministries in Franklin.

  4. Proof and payment. Each time an item sells, I send you a screenshot or record of the sale. Once I am paid for the sale, I pay you half of the profit by Venmo or cash.

  5. Returns. If a buyer returns an item and the sale is refunded, your half of the profit for that item is not owed. If I already paid it, I may take it out of a later payment. I relist the returned item. If it sells again within 60 days after pickup, you get half of the profit. If not, it goes to GraceWorks.

  6. What I take. I focus on quality men's clothing, shoes, and accessories. I may decline anything stained, torn, smoky, or musty, plus women's items, fast fashion, athletic or activewear brands, underwear, swimwear, socks, and bulky items. Anything I decline stays with you.

  7. Your privacy. I never post your full name, your address, or photos of your home. I mention your first name only if you tell me it is okay.

  8. Taxes. Giving items to me is not a donation to a charity, so I cannot give you a charity tax receipt for them. Ask a tax professional if you are unsure how this affects you.

  9. No guarantees. Nothing is guaranteed to sell.
